• Account information you provide: email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Billing information: handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
• Configuration you provide: a webhook URL (Pro/Premium), position-size calculator inputs (not stored beyond the request).
• Usage data: basic request logs and delivery logs for emails/webhooks we send you, kept so failed deliveries are visible and diagnosable.

2. How we use information

To operate your account, deliver signal notifications you're entitled to under your plan, process billing, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

3. Sharing

We share data with service providers strictly to operate the service: our payment processor (Stripe) for billing, and our transactional email provider for account and signal emails. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We retain account and delivery-log data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have additional rights (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA).

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; sessions and API keys are stored as hashes, not plaintext. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
