1. What TradeLab is

TradeLab is a systematic trading signal service. We publish daily, algorithmically-generated trade candidates (ticker, entry, stop, target levels, and related metadata) derived from rule-based strategies and a machine-learning ranking model. TradeLab does not manage money, does not place trades on your behalf, and does not provide personalized investment advice.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing published by TradeLab, on this site, via email, or via webhook constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. No guarantee of results

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance - whether backtested or live - does not guarantee future results. TradeLab makes no representation that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown on this site.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Premium seat cap

The Premium tier is limited to a maximum number of seats. TradeLab may decline new Premium signups when the cap is reached and maintain a waitlist. Nothing in this section entitles a waitlisted user to an eventual seat.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to redistribute, resell, or share signal content or API/webhook access outside your own individual account, and not to attempt to circumvent tier-based access controls.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse of the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeLab and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
